What is the viscosity relationship between high-acyl gellan gum and cations?

The relationship between high-acyl gellan gum CAGGEL H100 and cations.

Solution concentration: 0.1%;
Dissolution temperature: 65°C;
Detection temperature: 25°C;
Detection instrument: BROOKFIELD, Rotor No.2, 60 r/min.

 Testing has proven that the viscosity of high-acyl gellan gum is not significantly related to ion concentration.

Sodium and Potassium ions may decrease the viscosity a little bit, while Calcium ions may increase the viscosity, but not much.
