What lead time should I expect for bulk orders, and how do you handle urgent delivery requirements?

Order Confirmation

Upon receiving your inquiry, our sales team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm product availability, pricing, and order details. Production lead time begins after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Standard Products — Lead Time

For standard in-stock products, the typical lead time is 7 business days from order confirmation. During this period, CAG does not simply pick and ship off-the-shelf inventory. Before dispatch, each order undergoes application-specific quality testing tailored to your end use, which may include:

  • Suspension stability
  • Thermal stability
  • Protein reactivity
  • Residual enzyme activity
  • Gel freeze-thaw cycling performance
This pre-shipment testing ensures the product you receive is precisely matched to your application requirements — not just compliant with generic spec sheets.

Batch Size & Blending

  • Standard batch size:1,000 kg
  • For larger orders, CAG provides ablending serviceensuring batch-to-batch consistency at up to2 metric tons per batch, minimizing variation across high-volume deliveries.

Custom Blended & Specialty Products

For hydrocolloid blends or custom-formulated products, please allow 7–14 business days to accommodate formulation work, quality testing, and QC sign-off before shipment.

Urgent & Rush Orders

CAG understands that timelines can be critical. For urgent requirements, we can arrange:

  • Priority dispatchfrom available stock
  • Air freightfor fastest possible delivery
We strongly recommend placing orders in advance whenever possible, to allow sufficient time for pre-shipment application testing and to ensure full product-to-application alignment.
