Suspending Beverage Formula and Process
The following formulas are based on common suspending beverage which using LA gellan gum to achieve suspending purpose.

Process/Procedure
1. Blend stabilizer and sugar well, add appropriate water. Heat the water to dissolve ingredients before adding sweeter, acid agents, then calcium lactate solution should be added.
2. Using distilled water, if the divalent cations in water is high, then appropriate amount of sodium citrate ( 0.03% ) should be used to help dissolving.
