Simple Processing, Professional Results

With CAG-AFT300, producing high-quality air-freshening gels is straightforward:

Disperse 1.0% CAG-AFT300 in distilled water (soak for ~1 hour for optimal hydration).
Heat the mixture to 95°C and hold for 30 minutes.
Cool to 60–65°C, then add fragrance (1.0–3.0%), emulsifier (Tween-80, 0.8%), and preservative (1.0%).
Fill and package – no extra water-retaining agents needed.

Critical Note: The gel formed is thermoirreversible. Keep all production equipment (tanks, pipelines, filling machines) above 60°C until filling is complete to prevent premature gelling and blockages.

Formulation Flexibility

Our reference formula is a great starting point, but CAG-AFT300 is compatible with various fragrances and emulsifiers. For customers in frigid zones, simply add 5% glycerin or 2% propylene glycol to enhance freeze-thaw resistance.
