How to make Red wine jelly with Gelatin ?
500 mL red wine
35 g sugar
10 g gelatin;
6 sheets (1.8%)
1 whole star anise
Let 200 mL wine, sugar and anise simmer for 5-10 min. Add bloomed gelatin. Add remaining wine and divide between 6 wine glasses.
Leave in refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set. Serve with whipped heavy cream and garnish with a star anise.
