4. Reference Manufacturing Process
1. Prepare the gel solution: Weigh CAGPEC-SC01 and maltitol and add them to water. Heat with stirring until completely dissolved.
2. Cooking: Add maltitol syrup and creatine to a jacketed kettle or cooking kettle. Heat to boiling and maintain for a suitable period. Add the prepared pectin solution and continue cooking until the total solids reach 60–65%.
3. Blending: Directly add the pre-prepared sodium citrate solution, tricalcium phosphate solution, and citric acid solution.
4. Depositing: Deposit the hot mixture into molds. Demold after the product has set.
5. Drying: Dry at 55°C until the desired solids content ( 82% or higher ) is reached.
6. Packaging: Package the finished product.
